I'm also wondering if there's a bit of Andersen's original "The Snow Queen," with Angel as Gerda and Robin as Kay, and the Lady as the Queen. (La Belle Dame sans Merci has so many names.) The nice thing about "The Snow Queen" is it has a slightly bigger cast of principals ... .
