Wonderful dialogue, here. The phone conversation was almost sweet in places as well as being utterly hot. The little verbal sparring match at the end of the chapter was excellent...and so very intriguing.

All of the original/folklore characters in this story are beautifully portrayed, but Rose is particularly intense. One has to respect her intelligence and power even while instinctively disliking her on a personal level. Creepy indeed.

My, but Robin knows some dangerous women.
